By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Important: DukaCredit is not a financial institution and does not provide credit, lending, or banking services.

We may request additional documents for verification, in compliance with Ethiopian law.

DukaCredit complies with Ethiopian data protection regulations. We collect and process business data, device info, and usage behavior solely for service improvement.

DukaCredit may integrate with SMS and payment providers. We do not store or request sensitive information like PINs or OTPs.
You are responsible for protecting your third-party service credentials and maintaining the security of your accounts.

Basic features are completely free to use
â Premium Features
Advanced features may incur fees, clearly stated in advance
đĩ Currency
All payments are made in Ethiopian Birr
đī¸ Compliance
Full compliance with NBE currency laws
⥠Account Management
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Users may stop using the Platform at any time.
Upon termination, you may request a copy of your data. Users are responsible for their records; optional backup features may be available.
Šī¸ Intellectual Property
All Platform content and trademarks are protected under Ethiopian and international law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
âī¸ Legal Framework
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia. Disputes will first be resolved amicably, then through arbitration in Addis Ababa as per Proclamation No. 1237/2021.
We may update these Terms and notify you through the app or SMS. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
